Terms & Referral Disclosure

Referral service disclosure

Ozark Well Pros is an independent referral service, not a well drilling or pump installation contractor. We connect homeowners with independent, Missouri DNR–permitted well and pump contractors, who set their own pricing, schedules, and warranties.

Ozark Well Pros does not perform well drilling, pump installation, or repair work and does not employ technicians. Any work is performed by an independent contractor under a separate agreement between you and that contractor. The contractor is solely responsible for its diagnosis, pricing, workmanship, permits, licensing, insurance, and warranties.

Compensation

Ozark Well Pros may receive compensation from contractors for referrals. Our referral service is free to homeowners, and you are never obligated to hire a referred contractor.

No guarantee of availability

We can’t guarantee that a contractor will be available in your area or within a particular time. Contractors set their own schedules.
