About Ozark Well Pros
An independent referral service and resource for private well owners in the Springfield, Missouri area.
What Ozark Well Pros is
Ozark Well Pros is an independent referral service for private well owners in and around Springfield, Missouri. When your well or pump has a problem, you can call one number, explain what’s happening, and we’ll work to connect you with an independent well and pump contractor who serves your area.
We also publish free, plain-English guides and a troubleshooting tool so you can understand the problem, stay safe, and ask better questions before anyone touches your system.
What we are not
We are not a well drilling company or a pump installation contractor, and we don’t send our own technicians. The contractor you’re connected with does the diagnosis and the work, sets the price, and is responsible for their own workmanship, permits, insurance, and warranties.
Our standards for referrals
- Missouri DNR permit required. Missouri requires anyone in the business of installing or repairing well pumps to hold a Department of Natural Resources permit. We only refer to contractors who hold a current permit, and you can verify any permit yourself in DNR’s WIMS permit search.
- Price before work. We ask contractors to explain the problem and the cost before starting repairs.
- No pressure. The referral is free to homeowners, and you are never obligated to hire anyone.
- Honest about coverage. If we can’t help in your area, we’ll say so.
How we’re paid
Ozark Well Pros may be compensated by the contractors we refer you to. That’s how we keep the service and our guides free for homeowners. Always get a written estimate and compare options if you’d like.
Areas we serve
Springfield, Nixa, Ozark, Republic, Battlefield, Willard, Rogersville, Strafford, Clever, Billings, Highlandville, and rural Greene and Christian County. See service area details.

Ozark Well Pros is an independent referral service, not a well drilling or pump installation contractor. We connect homeowners with independent, Missouri DNR–permitted well and pump contractors, who set their own pricing, schedules, and warranties.
